Civil Supervisors

We are seeking experienced Civil Supervisors to join our team in various locations around Australia, including FIFO and Perth based roles, across both civil infrastructure and mining projects.

Opportunities exist for both immediate start and upcoming projects.

Support? There will be plenty of it. Our directors and team are industry leading construction professionals and will be on hand to coach, guide and support you and your transition into our business.

What can you expect?

As an experienced construction professional, we do not believe in providing you a shopping list of standard tasks straight from a PD.

Sure, some of your deliverables will be as expected – planning, supervising work crews and construction activities, resource management, safety, quality, progress and cost tracking, reporting, contract management and so on.

What we are really looking for is:

Leadership and teamwork – ability to lead, act as a mentor and work collaboratively with those around you.
Consultation and engagement – provide value through meaningful consultation, collaboration and engagement with project teams and stakeholders.
Excellent communication – exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage those around you and lead our clients on the ONECORE journey.
Delivery focus – assist in planning and executing construction works to safety requirements, with a strong understanding of the fundamentals and details needed to monitor progress and implement changes where necessary.
Proactive problem solving – someone who can identify challenges early, find practical solutions and resolve issues before they occur.
Technical expertise – strong civil construction experience across earthworks, roads, bridges, structures, buildings and site-based construction activities. Experience in mining, SMP and oil & gas projects is also highly valued.
Industry knowledge – a subject matter expert who understands civil construction and can bring practical experience to project delivery. Experience across additional industries is a bonus.
Systems proficiency – confident using Microsoft Word and Excel, with the ability to manage project documentation and reporting.
Qualifications – formal trade or plant operation and supervision qualifications. Section 44 or Section 26 is preferable.
Positive attitude – motivated, adaptable and driven to exceed client expectations.
